Our mission is to integrate civilian volunteers into the Incident Command Structure (ICS) used by city, county, state and Federal disaster response agencies to act as a force multiplier.  On April 6, 2019, Cajun Navy Relief will conduct its second annual Search and Rescue Games (SAR Games) in Lake Charles, Louisiana.

The SAR Games concept was developed as a way to train volunteers in search and rescue using a fun and competitive approach while still meeting high standards of preparation.  Last year’s event was covered by 60 Minutes, Freethink, Discovery, several local media outlets, as well as many other online sources.

The inaugural event was a success due to the generous support of its sponsors and our extensive list of volunteers. We are seeking to partner with individuals and businesses that want to be associated with a cutting edge grassroots organization leading the way in disaster relief.

Below you will find an Event Fact Sheet and a detailed Sponsorship Proposal for your review. If after reading this proposal, you are interested in sponsoring the Cajun Navy Relief SAR Games 2019 please don’t hesitate to contact our team at [email protected].
